Reparations Task Force Accountability

In 2022, I co-sponsored an ordinance to establish the Boston Reparations task force. Two years later, I introduced docket #0591 to ensure we hold this process accountable to the people in the spirit of reparative justice. Reparations is not just about the final product, it is about insuring that the process addresses historical injustices by advancing racial equity, justice, transparency, and inclusion.
